Super Tzatziki Burger

A vibrant medley of nutrient-packed greens, nestled in a soft bun, and adorned with the cool and tangy embrace of tzatziki sauce, creating a guilt-free, flavor-packed sensation

1. Assemble all ingredients to make the Tzatziki sauce. Keep refrigerated

2. Pan-fry or oven cook the Super Green Burger at 180C to a core temperature of 75C

3. First warm Vegan bottom bun

4. Add 1 tsp of Tzatziki sauce, top with Baby gem lettuce, add some fried onions, top with cooked Plant-It Super Green Burger.

5. Add some sliced cucumber, a tsp of Tzatziki sauce and cover with the Bun top.

Serve with a seasonal salad.


Tzatziki Sauce
• 100g grated cucumber.
• 35g plain Vegan yogurt
• 35g Vegan Mayo
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint and/or dill.
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 clove garlic, crushed.
• fine sea salt and Pepper
• 1 Pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)

Baby Gem Lettuce
Cucumber sliced.
Fried Onions
