Goujons & Fries

Golden, crispy goujons, perfectly paired with a generous serving of fries, and accompanied by the quintessential side of mushy peas. Transport taste buds to the heart of a seaside culinary experience.

1. In a Blender mix all Mushy Pea ingredients and blend for one minute.
(Use Frozen peas cooked in boiling water for 10 minutes and refresh in cool water give a better colour)

2. Deep-fry or cook in oven Plant-It Goujons to a core temp of 75C

3. Deep fry some French Fries

Ready to serve with some vegan mayonnaise and a lemon wedge.


  • Plant-It goujons, 3-4 per portion
  • French Fries

    Mushy Peas
    • 175g frozen peas cooked or (optional tin of peas)
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/2 tablespoon juice from 1 lemon
    • salt and cracked black pepper
    • 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped mint, Parsley.
    Vegan Mayonnaise
