Seasoned Chilli

Hearty and flavourful, with seasoned mince simmered with aromatic spices, tomatoes, and beans.

1. Mix all spices together

2. Fry mince from frozen in a little oil

3. Add Spices cook for a minute

4. Add Diced onion and garlic cook for 2 minutes

5. Add all other ingredients and bring to boil

6. Simmer for 3 minutes adding vegetable stock to manage texture

7. Check seasonning

Serve with Rice.

  • Tomato Sauce Pasta Sauce 100g
  • Onion Diced 14g
  • Garlic Crushed 5g
  • Red Kidney Beans 100g
  • Chipotle paste 16g
  • Oregano Frozen
  • Caramel
  • Sunflower oil 4g
  • salt to taste
  • Chili Powder 50gr
  • Cayenne Pepper 10gr
  • Smoked Paprika 20gr
  • Cumin Ground 50gr
  • Coriander ground 40gr
  • Garlic Powder 30gr
  • Bayleaves powder 3gr
