Salt & Chilli
Stir Fry

Serves: 2
Time: 15 min

A tantalizing dance of flavors, with vibrant, al dente vegetables tossed in a blend of sweet chilli and savoury teriyaki sauce, elevated by a subtle heat from the Salt & Chilli Strips.

1. Stir fry vegetables in coconut oil until al dente.

2. While the veggies are cooking, Mix sauce ingredients.

3. Pour sauce over the veggies and simmer until thickened.

4. Oven Cook or deep fry the Salt & Chilli strips from frozen (follow instruction on the pack).

5. Add cooked strips to the veggies stir fry mix.

Serve with rice or noodles, sprinkle with some fresh spring onions.


• 200gr Salt & Chilli Strips
• 4 Paris brown mushrooms
• 1 garlic cloves crushed
• 2 spring onions (scallions) chopped.
• Half a red onion Sliced.
• 80gr Mangetout sliced.
• 80gr Yellow and red Peppers sliced.
• 1 small carrot sliced thinly.
• 1 red chili sliced thinly with seed or without.
• 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
• 1 tsp of fresh Chopped Coriander
• 1 Kaffir lime leaf (optional)
• 1/2 Fresh lime Juice
• 6 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
• 2 tbsp Sweet Chilli sauce
• 4 tbsp coconut oil
