Keep Frozen. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
Product must be cooked according to pack instructions prior to consumption, however, please note as all cooking appliances vary this is a guide only for cooking from frozen. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked to 75°C and piping hot before consumption. Do not reheat once cooled.
Oven Cook: Pre-Heat oven to 220°C, Fan oven to 200°C, Gas 7. Place frozen goujons on a baking tray and cook for 13 minutes turning halfway until golden brown.
Air Fry: Set air fryer to 180°C. Place frozen goujons in basket into air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
