Keep Frozen. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
Product must be cooked according to pack instructions prior to consumption, however, please note as all cooking appliances vary this is a guide only for cooking from frozen. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly to 75°C and is piping hot throughout before consumption. Do not reheat once cooled.
Pan fry: Pre heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and add a little oil. Add frozen mince to the pan move it around until it begin to break up. Cook for 12 minutes turning frequently until brown.
