Succulent and flaky white fish-style pieces coated in light, crunchy, golden breadcrumbs. Fortified with omega-3 fatty acids. With natural seaweed to give them the taste of the ocean, but without the bones.

Keep Frozen. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
Product must be cooked according to pack instructions prior to consumption, however, please note as all cooking appliances vary this is a guide only for cooking from frozen. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly to 75°C and is piping hot throughout before consumption. Do not reheat once cooled.
Pan fry: Pre heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and add a little oil. Add fillet to the pan and fry for 20 minutes, turning frequently until brown.
Air Fry: Set air fryer to 180°C. Place frozen goujons in basket into air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
