Keep Frozen. Shelf life is 12 months from production.
Product must be cooked prior to consumption. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly to 75°C and is piping hot throughout before consumption.Pan fry: Pre heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and add a little oil. Add fillet to the pan and fry for 20 minutes, turning frequently until brown.
Oven: Pre heat oven to 200°C. Place frozen fillet on a baking tray and cook for 25 minutes turning halfway through until golden brown.
Grill: Pre heat grill on a medium heat. Cook for 16 minutes turning occasionally until golden brown.
